These terms apply to your use of this website and to the Full Training Program described on it, offered by INSIGNIA MED LIMITED (Company Number HE 383303, VAT Number CY10383303D), of Ledra Business Centre, 1 Poseidonos Street, 2406 Engomi, Nicosia, Cyprus.

The program

The Full Training Program (CA$1,797) is an educational course covering AI-assisted copywriting: scoping client work, drafting with AI assistance, editing for accuracy and tone, and packaging the finished skill as a paid service. Optional add-ons — the Service Menu and Pricing Swipe File (CA$57), the Client Outreach Message Pack (CA$57), and the AI Prompt Vault (CA$97) — are priced and described separately and are not required to access the core program.

How enrollment works

This site does not process instant checkout. Submitting the "Request my plan" form starts a conversation: an onboarding specialist reviews your request and follows up to configure coaching hours, pace, add-ons, and support level around you before anything is confirmed or charged. Submitting the form does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

No guarantee of income or clients

This program teaches a skill and a process. It does not guarantee that you will find clients, complete any specific number of paid projects, or earn any particular amount of money. Market figures shown on this site (for example CA$65–CA$75/hour* or the project price ranges) describe typical client pricing for this kind of freelance work, not a promise about your results. Acceptable use

You agree to use this site and any materials provided through the program for lawful, personal, or legitimate business purposes only, and not to resell, redistribute, or misrepresent the materials as your own original curriculum.

Intellectual property

All templates, checklists, prompts, and curriculum materials remain the property of INSIGNIA MED LIMITED. Purchasing or enrolling in the program grants you a personal license to use these materials in your own client work; it does not transfer ownership of the materials themselves.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INSIGNIA MED LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the training program, including any business or income outcome.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
